FCI Otisville, NY - Boiler Repair 2 & 3

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Otisville, anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the repair of boiler 2 and boiler 3 within the Powerhouse Boiler Room at Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Otisville, NY 10963.  The successful contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, tools and materials to repair boiler 2 and 3.  Complete project technical details are listed on the attached Statement of Work (SOW).  This project is set aside small business and will be a best value award.  Evaluation factors are price, past performance, lead time, and technical with lead time being the most important.  The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is November 22nd, 2023 at 10:00am.  Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons MUST be registered at the System for Award Management website at www.sam.gov prior to the closing date.  Faith Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.  Quotes shall be emailed to George Bodine @ gbodine@bop.gov, ph:845-386-6771.  If interested in visiting the site prior to closing email both George Bodine @ gbodine@bop.gov and the COR Aaron Churchill @ achurchill@bop.gov.
