Sources Sought Notice Page 4 of 4 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is issuing this synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide Reverse Distribution Software for Pharmaceuticals in support of Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) facilities. The Orlando VAHCS is seeking procurement and delivery of commercial off the shelf (COTS) software solutions to oversee internal reverse distribution of pharmaceuticals from the VA back to drug manufacturers.
