Description

The Contractor shall accomplish required safety inspections, load tests and repair on hoists and
cranes as outlined in the PWS objectives. Throughout the life of the contract, quantities are subject to
increase or decrease depending on the Installation Mission Requirements. 

The Contractor will provide loaded hourly rates for the mechanic and any other labor category or work
needed to accomplish the work required by the PWS and copies of all commercial price lists utilized to
order parts and supplies. Both of these will be approved for use upon award as being fair and
reasonable for price.

Upon contract award the Contractor will have one (1) year to implement the CLINS to perform the
annual safety inspection, load-testing and reporting for each of the 18 garrison cranes and hoists, 1
building 1276 10-ton crane, and 26 USAMRIID lifting devices as indicated on the enclosed equipment
spreadsheets. The Contractor will provide any quotes for repairs directly to the Contracting Officer
who will consult with the COR and make a determination if a task order will be issued for major
repairs.
