Description RFQ 36C24822Q1393 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 is seeking to award a Base Year plus Four (4) Option Year, Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) Requirements Type Contract for the delivery of Bulk Oxygen to two (2) separate locations as listed below on Attachment 1(Statement of Need/Cost Schedule). The RFQ # is 36C24822Q1393. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ, and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 (eff. 05/26/22). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 325120; the size standard is 1,000 Employees. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. It is highly recommended that all offers attend the Site Visit to both locations listed below, prior to submitting an offer and take any other steps necessary to ascertain the nature and location of the work, and the general and local conditions which may affect the work or the cost thereof.
