DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a “Design-Build” project to repair by replacement of existing Base Sewer Collection System at O’Malley Avenue, Arc Light Boulevard, Bonnins Avenue, Arnold Avenue, Powers Avenue, and Hansell Avenue with existing cast Iron Pipe (CIP) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipe gravity sewer lines at size ranges from 150mm (6-inch) to 305 (12-inch) and replace with a new 200mm (8-inch), 254mm (10-inch) and 305mm (12-inch) Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipe, reinforced concrete manholes and related components required to ensure complete and usable system.  

MAGNITUDE (FAR 36.204): $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.

LOCATION OF WORK: Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 500 calendar days.

RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237110, with a small business size standard of $39.5 million.

CONTRACT TYPE: Firm Fixed-Price.

SITE VISIT: 3 May 2022 at 1400 ChST (See Attachment 9).
