Description

The U.S. Embassy seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive auction services for the sale of surplus government property, including vehicles, equipment, and furnishings. The contractor will manage all aspects of the auction process, including site preparation, lot staging, advertising, auction facilitation, security, and post-auction documentation. Services must include secure storage of property, public preview and inspection, and effective bidder engagement to optimize revenue.

The auction site must accommodate at least 50 lots, provide facilities for staff and attendees, and ensure the security of items and proceeds. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, including a licensed auctioneer, assistants, clerks, and security staff, and comply with specific reporting and reconciliation requirements. Advertising efforts must maximize public participation and may include online and traditional media channels.

This opportunity includes a base year with four optional one-year extensions.
