NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT

The 90th Contracting Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB, WY, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Excel/Sim-Tech., on a single source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 20th AF has a requirement for five Sim-Tech T680 Genesis Series Driving Simulator, Model# GSKT68V1 and two TM Crane Simulator Model # TMCV1, be delivered to Minot AFB, Malmstrom AFB and FE Warren AFB.

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE the intended procurement is classified under NAICS code 333318 with a Size Standard of 1000 Employee’s.

REGULATORY AUTHORITY The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within seven days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish bona fide capability (i.e. unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Destination, the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size) to meet the requirement will be considered by the 90th Contracting Squadron.
