Description
The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Four Corners Regional Health Center, located at US Hwy 160 & Route 35, Red Mesa, Arizona 86514 has an upcoming requirement for the procurement of service for preventative maintenance and service agreement for twenty-five (25) multi-functional Kyocera copier machines. The anticipated period of performance will be for twelve (12) consecutive months from the Date of Award.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 811210 – Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of $34.0M.
The Request for Quotations No. IHS1475463 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by August 18, 2023. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the statement of work, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by August 18, 2023. Please see attachment Terms and Condition Solicitation 1475463, Section E, for complete submission instructions. The acquisition is set-aside as Unrestricted.
