Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Semco Navy Modified 388 Mixer from PRC DeSoto International Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and awardwith only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
