Description
The information provided in this notice shall be considered a draft and is subject to change. No proposals are being requested currently. The Government tentatively expects to release the official Request for Proposal (RFP) in early to mid-January 2024. The purpose of this notice is to allow industry to familiarize themselves with the requirement and to provide input that the Government may use to provide the highest quality package in January. To accomplish this, you are encouraged to submit questions, comments, etc. via the ProjNet system regarding any of the documents provided in this notice. Submissions to ProjNet will NOT be formally answered publicly, but will be evaluated internally as the Government finalizes the package.
