Description
The Orlando VA Medical Center intends to solicit and award an acquisition for Brand Name or
Equal: Biomedical Equipment.

The proposed action is for a Firm Fixed Price (FP) requirement contract, which will be
advertised as SDVOSB Set aside. The solicitation will be posted on or about August 10, 2023,
via Opportunities website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in
effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 dated 06/2/2023. It is the responsibility of
