AMENDMENT 001: 10 July 2023

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

• To include FAR clause 52.233-1 Disputes as it applies to this solicitation.

• To include a revised Statement of Work (SOW) which clarifies the technical requirements and incorporates additional details based upon the questions received up to this point. Please see the attached revised document, all changes made to the SOW have been annotated in red text. 

• Provide answers to all questions on this requirement up to this point.

Please see the attached revised terms and conditions/SOW documents for full amendment information.  Vendor quotations shall include a signed copy of this document.

All other solicitation terms/conditions remain the same. The solicitation closing date has not been extended and remains Thursday 20 July 2023 at 2:00PM MT.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.  All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in reference to all required items contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 effective 2 June 2023, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation DPN 20230609, effective 9 June 2023, and AFARS Revision 2023-0505, effective 5 May 2023.

The NAICS code for this requirement is 337214 Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing and the applicable size standard is no more than 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is 7110 Office Furniture.

This solicitation includes FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. Please see the FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items addendum.
