DA01--Octopus Deploy (VA-23-00067212)

PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Financial Services Center (FSC) has a requirement for licenses and support and maintenance services for Octopus Deploy Server Edition, 300 targets. Octopus Deploy allows the system administrators to separate the responsibilities from developers being able to deploy directly from Azure DevOps Pipelines to environments by creating their own releases. This prevents deployments from occurring outside of the defined process. Octopus Deploy utilizes tentacles/agents on each server which allows system administrators to safely and securely deploy sites, document site infrastructure, and quickly rebuild the sites upon deployment. This provides the capability of using more than one service account and eliminate requiring shares to deploy to. This capability also takes away the manual effort of adding and taking away permissions for the deployment accounts before and after each deployment. The annual license shall include technical support, bug fixes, enhancements, and new features released during the license term. The period of performance for this action is December 17, 2023 through December 16, 2024, with two additional 12-month option periods.
