Description
The contractor shall provide on & off-site Velocity/VCCS Checker software and software support for the FLETC ePACS Production, Failover and DEV environments in use at the FLETC sites. software and software support for all sites utilizing the FLETC Velocity ePACS. This includes a Software Support Agreement to maintain the Velocity software versioning and telephone, e-mail technical support to Velocity-certified FLETC employees.
