FEMA Temporary Support Facilities Competition

Title: Amendment to the RFP to change the due dates for proposal submissions.

Applicable sections of the RFP are hereby amended to change the proposal submission requirements as follows:

1) Block 9 of the face page on Form 33 is hereby amended to require submission of proposals by 1600 ES on 07/07/2022

2) Continuation Sheet page 2 of 125 is hereby amended as follows:

Phase 1 Proposal Due Date:  June 6, 2022, by 4:00 PM EST

Phase 2 Proposal Due Date:  July 7, 2022, by 4:00 PM EST

3) Paragraph L.7 Proposal Submission Requirements on page 119 of 125 is hereby amended as follows:

Phase 1 proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. EST on June 6, 2022

Phase 1 Advisory Notifications issued: June 17, 2022

Offeror’s response to Advisory Down-Select Notification due by 4:00 p.m. EST on June 23, 2022

Phase 2 proposals due by 4:00 p.m. EST on July 7, 2022

4) Paragraph 2 of Attch 4_Past Performance - Questionnaire is hereby amended as follows:

FEMA Requests the Government Contracting Officer (or Corporate Official for Commercial Experience) completes this questionnaire and submits directly to FEMA by Thursday, July 7, 2022, by 4:00 PM EST.

5) Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing Blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C and return the form when submitting Phase I proposals.

6) All other provisions, terms, and conditions remain the same.
