Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, MS intends to issue a solicitationfor 15B31524Q00000003 to obtain the requirements for FY-2024,1st QUARTER KOSHER SUBSISTENCE.This solicitation is 100% set-aside FOB destination.The NAICS code is 311999. Delivery dates will begin October 2, 2023 and end October 17, 2023. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 2225Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Kosher items offered on this bid must be certified by a nationally accepted orthodox Jewish Certification Agency. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more ofthe following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The  Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards.
