THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND IS BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY. This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10.001(a)(2)(i) which requires conducting market research before developing new requirements.
The Government is seeking industry’s input to determine the availability of sources of Containerized Modular Clinics (CMC) to provide healthcare services in austere environments.
Respondents are requested to submit the information listed below via email. Respondents are encouraged to provide their product catalog.

What types of clinics does your firm provide and what equipment is included therein?
Are the containers ABS certified?
Can the clinics be transported by ship?
What equipment is required to load/unload, and transport the clinics?
Provide the external dimensions of the clinic containers.
Provide the internal dimensions of fully equipped clinics.
What are the voltage requirements of the included equipment?
What type of power outlets are within the clinics?
What options are available for solar or external generator power?
What commercial warranties are included for the clinic and the equipment therein? Are those warranties valid OCONUS?
Does your business offer the following ancillary services?

All responses to this RFI must be provided as an attachment in an e-mail message addressed to the Point of Contacts (POC) below, with the subject line “Response to CMC RFI” no later than 13 October 2023.
No contract awards will be made from this notice and no solicitation is available on SAM.gov or any other bulletin board, posting room, or clearinghouse at this time. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the respondent’s expense. The Government will not reimburse costs and will not be liable for any costs associated with responses to this RFI. Respondents will not be notified of the responses to this notice. Responses are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Requested information will be used within DLA and will not be disclosed outside the agency.
