The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Lodging in Utica, New York on 12 FEB 2022.

The requirement description is as follows: 

TOTAL ROOMS: 223 Double Occupancy Rooms    

223 rooms for 1 Night each 12 Feb 2022 = 223 Rooms/Night

Check out 13 FEB 2022

ROOM TYPE:  Double Occupancy Rooms Only 

CONFERENECE ROOMS:  Required - Minimum 3 with minimum capacity each of 40 people.

LOCATION: Must be Located within 20 driving miles from 1700 Parkway East Utica, NY 13501

All Offeror’s must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov 

Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract, and as a Federal tax exempt agency we are not required to submit a tax exemption form.  All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes.  Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. 
This requirement is a small business set-aside. 
Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work attached and requirements listed above.

If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect rooms to ensure the quality/cleanliness standard described in the Scope of Work has been met, prior to and after the award. *Hotels google review must be at least 3.5 out of 5 stars or better.

Please only include your best and final offer. We will only review the lowest offer for entire requirement presented by your company. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered.

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is utilizing NAICS code 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with the small business size standard being $35M. This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings. This requirement is subject to availability of funding per FAR 52.232-18.
