This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-101 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation quotations are being requested. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.

This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19-502-2. The principle NAICS is 562219 Other Nonhazardous Waste Treatment & Disposal. Size standard is 41.5 in dollars.

The National Park Service, North Major Acquisition Buying Office has a requirement for the procurement for Blue Ridge Parkway services to inspect and clean underground, potable, concrete water reservoirs located on the Highlands and Pisgah Districts.

Required Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to provide a fully excluded requirement.

This acquisition may result in a firm fixed price contract.

The place of performance for this requirement is at located on the Highlands and Pisgah Districts of the Blue Ridge Parkway (BLRI) from the Cumberland Knob Area (Alleghany County, NC @ MP 1217.3) to the Crabtree Meadows Area (Yancey County, NC @ MP 339.5).

The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5322Q0012. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541990 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov.
