This amendment is being issued to invite potential offerors to review and comment on our draft CLIN schedule of prices and draft PWS. Please see attachments.

Specifically we hope you will give us feedback on how easy is it to develop prices using this CLIN structure including how much confidence you can have in the accuracy of prices.  Any feedback you provide is welcomed. No special forms or format are needed for these responses, however, please be detailed in your responses/questions to me and cite the section page(s) you are referring to.  Please send your questions/comments no later than close of business 08 April 2021. We appreciate your patience and help with this matter.
