Description

The U.S. Embassy London seeks a vendor to provide an evaluation of a social media campaign that aims to reach a set of target audiences through owned creative assets and paid media placements on social media and search engines.  The survey approach should be based on a UK nationally representative sample to conduct sentiment analysis or a persuasion test.  This research will allow us to see if our assets are able to 1) effect recall in viewers/readers and 2) increase favorable perceptions.

Only companies specializing in this field should respond.

It is now compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over $30,000 to register on a website called “SAM – System for Award Management” at www.sam.gov.  The website compiles standard information such as a company’s legal name, street address, contact information, and the type of goods and services it offers. To register in SAM, an NCAGE code is required. If you do not have an NCAGE code, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, neither for obtaining the NCAGE code, nor for registering in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.

Interested parties should request additional information by writing to GSO Procurement at the following email address: londonproc@state.gov.

Requests for additional information are due on or before 17:00 local time on January 20, 2023.  Additional information will be sent to all requesting parties after this date.
