PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT:
This is a solicitation announcement for design and construction services as described within the announcement on www.sam.gov (SAM). INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT:
The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Europe District is soliciting proposals for a design-build construction contract at the Mauritania _ Aouinatt Health Clinic located in Red Pearl, Mauritania. The solicitation includes basic design criteria, and the USACE intends to award a resulting contract to a single design-build construction contractor that will complete the 100% design and construct the project. Offerors must be SAM registered, and submit price and non-price proposals no later than the stated deadline in order to be eligible for award of the contract resulting from this solicitation.

PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT:
The Government held a site a pre-proposal site visit on 12 July.
HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT:
Proposals must be prepared and submitted according to the instructions within the contract solicitation (plus amendments). Please be sure to submit your proposal no later than the time and date specified in the solicitation (plus amendments). Interested offerors must submit a non-price proposal for evaluation in addition to a price proposal to be considered for contract award.
