SUBJECT: Mechanical Enclosure Install/Wall Repair for AFRH-D.C. Campus


Greetings,

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to find capable vendors to support the Armed Forced Retirement Home (AFRH) with their Mechanical Enclosure Install/Wall Repair requirement at the AFRH - Washington, D.C. Campus. We anticipate a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, as described in the following Request for Information (RFI), RFI-20342325N00007 Mechanical Enclosure Install/Wall Repair for AFRH-W. Respondents to this RFI shall be able to perform all the duties/requirements listed in the attached portions of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).


This is merely an RFI for market research purposes, and not a solicitation.


INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS


Respondents shall provide their Capability Statement fully illustrating their ability to meet the PWS requirements to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line: RFI-20342325N00007, Attn: KMacDonald/GLJohnson – Mechanical Enclosure Install/Wall Repair for AFRH-W no later than Thursday, January 30, 2024 by 10:00 AM EST.
Any other submissions will not be considered.


Interested vendors are asked to provide the following in their responses to this RFI:
1. The name, location, DUNS/UEI, and Point-of-Contact information (name, phone number, and
email) for the respondent’s vendor.
2. A brief Capabilities Statement, which includes a description of the respondent vendor’s
standard line of business and relative experience.
3. Include respondent vendor’s business size: Small or Other Than Small (OTS)/Socioeconomic
Category.
4. We are also seeking information regarding the industry standard for pricing.


We will be entertaining only broad questions and answers, keeping them to a minimum at this point, as a vendor pool is all that is being sought at this time. Questions and Answers will be fielded during the RFP period in the future. Proposals will not be accepted at this time.


Only complete responses, submitted to the e-mail address above, by the established due date, will be considered. Any packages submitted after the established closing date and time will not be guaranteed consideration.
