Description

TITLE: Intent to Sole Source: Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc. Skydio X2D

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to perform a sole source Purchase Order for Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc.

This procurement will be for the Skydio X2D Drones and Training. This is the only known device with training that can fulfill all requirements. No authorized resellers or sources for Skydio X2D Drones and its training are known to the Government at this time.

APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by AFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 2302b, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901).

Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 7 Aug 2023 at 12:00 P.M EST.
