Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received from industry. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This requirement is for Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM) Services for the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services (DOAOS) at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Joint Base Lewis- McChord, WA. The Contractor shall provide a spinal monitoring machine, the PERSONAL Services of an Electroneurodiagnostic Technician to monitor the patient during surgical procedures, and the NON-PERSONAL Services of a Neurologist to monitor the patient during surgical procedures from a remote location. The Healthcare Providers (HCPs) performing services under this contract must have prior experience providing Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring Services (IONM). These services will be conducted on an on-call basis for both scheduled and emergency surgeries. The performance schedule will vary depending on if it is a scheduled or emergency surgery. Anticipated Period of Performance is from 16 March 2022 – 15 March 2023, plus four subsequent one-year option periods, ending 15 March, if exercised.
