Z1DA--RLR Elevator Maintenance Service

The Indiana Health Care System, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Elevator Maintenance Service. Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision necessary to provide preventive maintenance, repairs and emergency call-back services for all elevators, lifts, and dumbwaiters. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to SDVOSB concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is August 16, 2024, for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
