Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is W911WN23Q3729. It is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562111 – Solid Waste Collection. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $47,000,000 and PSC – V112 Transportation: Motor Freight. This requirement is unrestricted. Any resultant contract shall be Firm-Fixed Price, and only one award is anticipated.
Contractors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database by the Request for Quote due date in order to receive any federal contract award (visit www.sam.gov to register). Registration is free. PLEASE ensure your annual SAM registration is current. If it has expired, or will expire soon, PLEASE START THE RENEWAL PROCESS TODAY if you intend to submit a quote.
This requirement is for (1 year) roll-off dumpster services, the overview of service and dumpster specifications is indicated on the Performance Work Statement (See Attachment 1). Please review attachment 1 for compliance of safety, damage, and security requirements. Award will be made based on lowest price. Quote Submission Guidance: Quotes are due by 6 September 2023 at 11:00 AM EST. Quotes will be accepted via email to Andrew.S.Hill@usace.army.mil W911WN23Q3729, in the subject line of the email with the following price schedule.
