Description

F-22 Currency and Training Collaboration Services

1.1 Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform F-22 Currency and Training Collaboration Services, as defined in this PWS.

  1. Objectives:
    1. Develop a mobile software solution to track and report F-22 pilot currencies, training requirements, and scheduled events.
    2. Reduce the workload of scheduling, SARM, and HARM offices through process automation tailored around established processes.
    3. Optimize the utilization of F-22 resources (personnel, flight hours, and simulators)

1.2 Background: The 199FS is responsible for critical National Defense missions including Homeland Defense. Their modern mission is held back by labor intensive processes built on fragile Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Mission requirements far exceed the capabilities of these simple analysis tools. When these tools fail our airmen, pilots risk performing their mission without recognizing proficiency or currency shortfalls.

1.3 Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be 1 Base Year of 12 months
