Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance use, mental health, sex offender, and medication assisted treatment (MAT) services for male and female inmates residing at the local Residential Re-entry Center (RRC) and/or on home confinement in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

All treatment services are to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state of Louisiana.

The location where services are to be provided must be within six (6) miles of the Louisiana

Office of Motor Vehicles located at 7701 Independence Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 and within

a 1/2 mile access to public transportation.

The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) Statement of Work, Community Treatment Services, 2022. The request for quote will be available on or after April 28, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.SAM.gov.

Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The SAM.gov site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date will be on or about May 19, 2023.

This requirement will be set-aside for Small Business. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price, IDIQ, Requirements contract with a Guaranteed minumun and an Estimated maximun.
