Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Army Privatized and Government-Owned Military Housing Inspection Services.  The Army’s portfolio includes Privatized Family Housing, Privatized Unaccompanied Housing, Government Controlled/Owned Family, and Leased Housing located both in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The Army seeks to improve the quality of life for residents (i.e. Soldiers, Family members and other tenants) through the use of private sector resources, market-based incentives, and Government resources to support the Government-owned and leased inventory. The Army Housing Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) is an innovative program developed and managed under the oversight and direction of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of The Army (Installations, Energy, and Environment) (OASA (IE&E)) on behalf of the Secretary of the Army. The Government-owned family and leasing
housing programs are funded and managed by the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff G-9.
