Description

Amendment 0001 extends the quote due date from 29 August 2023 to 06 September 2023. In addition, a spelling error was corrected under the Administrative Information section. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other solicitation will be issued. The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing 25 ChemOffice Professional licenses with annual Bronze support. The NAICS code is 513210, Software Publishers, with a size standard of $47M. This is a requirement issued under full and open competition. All capable vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. Please see the attached document for details on this requirement, how quotes shall be submitted, and how evaluations will take place. Questions pertaining to the solicitation requirements shall be submitted no later than 11:00AM Eastern Time, 21 August 2023 to the Contract Specialist at kenneth.e.grenier2.civ@health.mil. The Offeror shall submit one set of questions only; multiple e-mails will not be accepted. Questions not submitted electronically will not be answered. Follow up/additional questions will not be accepted after this date. Answers to all relevant and appropriate questions will be issued via amendment to the solicitation.
