IPC Soldering Certification Training

The Naval Air Systems Command, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, intends to procure, on a competitive basis, IPC Soldering Certification training, for several courses to the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) workforce. The procurement will be competed as a small business set-aside under NAICS 611430 with a size standard of $15,000,000. Vendors shall be IPC Certified. The required courses include: IPC J-STD-001 with Space Hardware Addendum, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC 7711/7721, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600. Classes will be in-person training. The award will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract with an ordering period of 5 years.
