Description
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Eastern Ecological Science Center - Patuxent Wildlife Research Center has a requirement for annual preventative maintenance and routine repair/replacement service for its Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system located at 12100 Beech Forest Rd in Laurel, Maryland.
Performance will begin at the date of award and extend for one year. There are two option periods which may extend the period of performance to 2025.
Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0122Q0231 will be issued on or about 8/25/2022 with written quotes due on or about 9/1/2022.
This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $16.5 million.
The anticipated award date of the contract is 9/15/2022.
A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract.
All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
