Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Michigan
City:  Marquette

Delineated Area:
North: Wright Street
South: County Road 500 St. into Grove St. to S. McClellan Ave, South to Pioneer Road, East into Division St. to Hampton, East on Hampton St.
West: South on Wright St into County Road HQ, East on U.S. Highway 41 W., South on County Rd 492
East: Lake Superior/Lakeshore Blvd

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):  2,465
Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):  2,595
Space Type:  General office and related space

Additional Requirements:
Space must be contiguous on one floor.

Five (5) reserved parking spaces required.

The office space, elevator and the parking must be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

Offered space shall not be located in buildings that are owned by or contain operations or establishments whose functions are, or contribute to, the sale of alcoholic beverages, firearms sold/discharged, cannabis and cannabis containing products, or related products and services.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
