Description
Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure a requirement for US Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center for 5,000 hour maintenance to Low Pressure Air Compressors onboard a naval vessel under full and open competition. This procurement will be made utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures and it is anticipated a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Service Contract will be awarded. It is anticipated that solicitation N0040622R0035 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 6 July 2022 with the quotes due on or about 13 July 2022. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will
be posted to the sam.gov website: http://www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their
own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The
Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX
requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. All questions
