The purpose of amendment one (1) is to answer questions from vendors. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

Please note a signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirements at time of quote. Questions and Answer responses have been incorporated into the solicitation.

Solicitation W911SA-24-Q-3018 will be issued on Thursday, November 2, 2023, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Custodial Services at IA007 located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The performance period is December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services.

Quotes shall be emailed to april.m.hericks.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time.  As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time.  The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.

Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 10:00 AM CST, November 9, 2023.

Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
