AMENDMENT 0001 - 8/18/2023
This amendment posts the Questions and Govn't Response as well as an amended Request for Proposal (RFP).
The proposal response time has been extended to 8/25/2023 at 5:00 PM EDT.
Solicitation 2032H323R00030 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a single award Definitive Contract for a subscription to a web-based application resource that will provide access to a worldwide net of global coverage for Shipping Tracking & Transport Tracking and to monitor Port of Calls around the world. The Contractor will need to be a world leader in providing International Ship Tracking and Port of Call registries. The Contractor (located either inside or outside of the United States) should supply global coverage in the majority of countries and regions such as the Middle East, Africa (Central and Southern), North Africa (Maghreb), Eastern Europe, Caribbean Islands, Central Asia, Far East and Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Offshore/International Regions.
The Contractor will be a leader in global maritime information and will have an established working history in providing information to the maritime world. The Contractor shall provide a web-based application resource for global maritime information and the content will be published online, and in hardback (publications will include the market-leading Information).
