Description
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Vendors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response tothis RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP that may be issued.The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting.
The mission of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) is to fly, fight, and win in air, space, and cyberspace domains. The AF/A4C aims to effectively optimize resource allocation and Civil Engineering (CE) programs while modernizing and recapitalizing installation infrastructure, protecting installation from mission degradation,and executing sustainment programs. AF/A4C and its strategic partners have transformed how wing and combatant commanders are supported by implementing change across the CE enterprise, employing new business processes, developing strategic governance, and integrating new IT systems to further AF/A4C mission objectives. Deliverables will help SAF/IE enhance Department of Air Force operations and readiness aswell as improve military capabilities by reducing costs and lowering operational and strategic risk through better environmental and energy accounting, planning, management, and innovation. This aligns with Air Force sustainability, environmental, water, installation and operational energy, strategic basing, installation planning,community partnerships, climate impact mitigation, and encroachment policies and is on consonance with Executive Orders and Congressional direction.The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, equipment as required in connection with this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
