Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Joint Simulation Environment is seeking sources for modification to the existing F-35 AN/ALE-70 towed decoy to add direct radio-frequency (RF) cable connections to support connection to the Direct Injection Plate System (DIPS) and external RF measurement equipment. Modifications or newly built DIPS boxes may be required for compatibility with the modified ALE-70 decoy. The Government does not possess the data or expertise required to modify ALE-70 towed decoys. The modified decoy must be compatible and operational with an F-35 in a chamber test environment.
