Description

This solicitation notice is for commercial services requirement for providing Barge Maintenance Services at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requires a contractor to provide Preventative Maintenance & Repairs, to include a full range of intermediate-level troubleshooting, repair, renewal, refurbishment, modernization, maintenance and testing of U.S. Navy Living Barges and their auxiliary systems (hull, mechanical and electrical).The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is NAICS Code 336611.  The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS Code is 1,250 employees.

Submittals in response to this solicitation are due by September 13, 2022 by 4:00 PM (EST).

This requirement is for a firm fixed price singel award IDIQ. The anticipated period of performance is to be from September 23, 2022 to September 22, 2023.

Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the posting of the
solicitation and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for
information received in response to this solicitation. Please review the attached
RFQ – Standard Form 1449 and all Attachments.

A MANDATORY SITE VISIT is scheduled for 12:30 PM ET local time on September 6, 2022.
