DECEMBER 22, 2021: Issue Amendment AM-0004 to provide revised drawings. Extend RFI due and Bid Opening dates.

DECEMBER 1, 2021: Issue Amendment AM-0003 to provide responses to Contractor Request for Information inquiries, which include amended specs and drawings.

AUGUST 16, 2021: Issue Amendment AM-0002 to extend bid opening date and time to December 23, 2021, 10:00 AM JST.

AUGUST 13, 2021: The Government RFI responses and the amendment package are currently being reviewed by the legal department for sufficiency. RFI amendment will be released shortly after we receive approval from the legal department.

Note: The bid due date will be extended, which will allow ample time to finalize prices.

MAY 21, 2021: Post Site Visit Attendance Sign In Sheet.

MAY 20, 2021: Post Amendment 0001 to update site visit instructions in 52.236-27 ALT I. Provide site visit-related map.

Project Description:   This Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Military Construction (MILCON) project includes Stearley Heights, Kadena Air Base. The project will provide whole-house interior and exterior modernization, renovation, and repair of 130 single family dwelling units (51UN D3-53 FGO 3Bed Room, 36UN G3-53 CGO 3 Bed Room, 1UN H4-53 FGO 4 Bed Room, 36UN L3-53 FGO 3 Bed Room and 6UN N3-53 FGO 3 Bed Room).
The work shall provide all management, tools, design, supplies, equipment, transportation, labor and services necessary for the improvements to the family housing units. Work to include but is not limited to restoration and repair of Unit Lot (utilities, pavement and trash enclosure), Building System (exterior structure, roof structure, interior structure, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, fire and life safety, and environmental improvements) and Building Space (patio, storage, foyer, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, linen, hallways, mechanical rooms), and Functional Improvement.
