Description

THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INDUSTRY INFORMATION AND FEEDBACK ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE.

EPA Region 09 is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to providing EPA with support for Environmental Services Assistance Team (ESAT).

EPA anticipates an official solicitation will be issued in May 2025, with award in September 2025. EPA anticipates a single award IDIQ will be awarded from the May 2025 solicitation.

This sources sought notice may be amended after the New Year to add an industry day.

Instructions to Industry

1. Please review the attached SOW labeled: "Attachment 1 - ESAT Global SOW Draft_V1_12.20.2024".

2. Provide any feedback, questions, suggestions and input on the attached SOW.

3. Provide a comprehensive capability statement tailored toward this requirement. Capability statements will be reviewed and used to determine the acquisition strategy and set aside requirement for the future solicitation to support this requirement.

4. Review the attachment "ESAT Questions for Industry" and provide responses.

All responses must be submitted through Fedconnect and/or submitted to Emily Mogg at mogg.emily@epa.gov by January 23, 2025 at 5pm PT/8pm ET. If submitting via email, the subject line must include "68HE0925Q0004"
