Solicitation N6852022Q0017 issued as a synopsis/solicitation.  The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Small Business Set-Aside basis under the authority of FAR part 12, FAR Part 13.  Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals and all proposals received by July 13, 2022 will be considered by the Government.  Proposals will be evaluated on a lowest priced technically acceptable basis.

All interested vendor MUST submit proposals and provide authorized distributor certificate. Vendor agrees with the clauses in section G. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
