Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure the following services: development, modification, sustainment, and enhancement of web-based, fully integrated, on-line, programmatic support of F/A-18 &EA-18G Integrated Product Team (IPT)  Software Management Information System (MIS) applications and tools for support of operational efforts to provide efficient and effective combat readiness capabilities to the fleet. These programmatic support applications include, but are not limited to, planning, estimation, risk management, event scheduling (including flight test events), anomaly tracking, project execution, project monitoring and control, and reporting. The applications and tools provide support to the F/A-18 &EA-18G IPT and other ITP/TPO programs to that allow for project and business management functions such as: plan, track, assess, and manage resources maximizing productivity, efficiency, insight, and support for timely and effective decision making.

The scope of this contract is for the expertise in supporting, maintaining, modifying, enhancing, modernizing, and evolving new and existing functionality of the current web-based applications utilizing an iterative and incremental development processes that delivers value by continuously enhancing capability, minimal downtime, prompt response to emerging needs, demonstrated reliability, and optimized performance with resource utilization minimized.

This requirement has been determined to be procured as a total small business set-aside.

The solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted in Contract Opportunities on the SAM website at https://sam.gov/ in early November 2022. 

Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.
