Description

This solicitation serves as notice for the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) at Fort Drum, New York. This contract shall be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract encompassing a wide variety of individual construction and repair task and trades. Such work is to include but not limited to carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior and exterior electrical, heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, sheet metal work, painting, demolition, concrete masonry, welding, emergency repairs, water lines and gas line construction and repair. The Contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all Contractor planning, programming, administration, and management necessary to provide all repair or construction and related services as specified. The Contractor shall perform the work in strict accordance with the contract.

The Contracting Officer has classified this requirement as Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220. The small business size standard is $45 million.

The Government anticipates a $150,000,000.00 maximum ordering value over the life of the contract, with a guaranteed minimum of $5,000.00 per contract.

As prescribed in FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7007 Alt A, interested parties must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) under the NAICS 236220, representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/content/home. SAM registration must be complete prior to proposing.
