General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State:  California

Delineated Area:

North: Bundy Canyon Road to Scott Road

South: Interstate 15 to Rancho California Rd. to Vincent Moraga Dr. turns into Ridge Park Dr. to down and back up Ridgegate to Ridge Park Dr. to Rancho California Rd.

East: Winchester Rd. (CA State Route 79) to Interstate 15

West: Rancho California Rd. to Cll Capistrano to Del Luz Rd. crossing over Haywes Ave. it turns into Guava St. to Jefferson Ave. to Murrieta Hot Springs Rd. to interstate 15 to Bundy Canyon Rd.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year”] floodplain).
