Description

This requirement is for non-personal, Government-owned, Contractor-operated (GOCO) Aircraft & Ground Fuel Services and Storage & Distribution services at Kirtland AFB, NM. The services include management, operation, maintenance, product quality surveillance, inventory control and accounting, security, safety, and environmental protection of Kirtland AFB, NM. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, fuel servicing vehicles, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to receive, maintain, store, sample and test, internally transfer and issue petroleum products. The contractor will be responsible for all fuel-servicing operations and safeguarding facilities, equipment, and fuel products under its control during normal and adverse conditions. The contractor will issue, defuel, and provide off-station fuel services to aircraft and fixed direct refueling systems. In addition, the contractor will perform bulk fuel operations, system inspections, maintenance, quality surveillance, inventory accountability and safeguarding fuel supplies under its control during normal and adverse conditions. Contractor furnished fueling vehicles are required. The period of performance is from December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2028 (four-year base period), December 1, 2033 through November 30, 2033 (five-year option period) and an option to extend for no more than six-months from December 1, 2033 through May 31, 2033.
