3 May 2023 - Amendment 0001 - Updates instructions concerning the Notice of Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit.

Construction Contract for Project No. WKVB109058, Construct Security Forces and Communication Training Facility at the 106th Rescue Wing, Westhampton Beach, NY. Work will be in accordance with the plans and technical specifications. This action is being solicited on a 100% Small Busines Set Aside basis. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $45M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is betw een $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.  Offerors intending on submitting a proposal should attend the Pre-Bid Site Visit. Solicitation and information notices as well as amendments will be posted at SAM.gov.  A Bid Bond must be submitted with the offer or the offer will be rejected. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
