Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, intends to award a sole source contract with Digi International Inc. for Full Maintenance Service for the government owned Digi Temperature Monitoring System.  This is for William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, Texas.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 811210 is $34M.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic inquires will be honored.
