Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Boundary Maintenance Services, East Brimfield Dam, Sturbridge, Brimfield, and Holland, MA.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide boundary maintenance services to include U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fee Property Boundary identification, clearing and marking at East Brimfield Dam. While performing boundary maintenance, the Contractor  will keep an ongoing written report of all findings including missing monuments, damaged monuments, encroachments, etc. including photographic evidence to be submitted upon completion of the contract.

a. The base task for this contract calls for the boundary maintenance of Section 1 which covers approximately 12.85 miles of USACE boundary lines.

b. Additionally, the Government may choose to exercise option tasks for boundary maintenance of additional sections of USACE boundary line.

  • Option #1 for boundary maintenance of Section 2 for an additional 9.89 miles of USACE boundary line.
  • Option #2 for boundary maintenance of Section 3 for an additional approximately 10.94 miles USACE boundary line

This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about February 18, 2025. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
